The objective of project is updating base map for some areas around the kingdom,
the following activities is being performed during the project :
1-Enter spatial data on spatial databases, whether from digitizing or numbering, or enter

collected from field to the digital form on maps, and one of the basic skills required is
dealing with digital and forward maps Various tools for numbering and data entry.
2- Quality Control for Data and Topology in addition to the different Query,

The objective of "kaia"project is build geo-repository for the third -largest airport in the
saudi kingdom(new king abdulaziz international Airport in jeddah, by converting Asbuilt
drawing in all systems (Firefighting network - Wastewater network - potable water
network - Grey water network -Storm water network) for all airport facilities from DWG
to Gis Database format, the following activities is being performed during the project:
• 1-Analysing Asbuilt drawing and data
• 2-Mapping data between cad files and Gis data model
• 3-converted data from cad file that equal data as shown in data model
• 4-validating Migrated Data
