Plan and Implement a systematic talent acquisition strategy for the ADNOC Offshore PMC project, MEPSC (extension to the Houston office procurement), Oman and Saudi office, additionally I extend my support on proposals and additional PMC projects.

•Be Proactive with the client’s requirements and seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing of talent.

As a Senior HR Generalist

•Focal Point of contact for 5 Business Unit’s with a strength 180 employees which are local, expatriate and site staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for HR Operations.
