Duties
• Supporting and supervising the Customer Service Team to ensure they continuously provide 5 star services to all the passengers and adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company.
• Gathering comprehensive customer service feedback data and present to the Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion.
• VIP guests Escorting and Tour guide.
• Monitoring and reporting facility faults.
• Airport operations coordination and liaising information to all stakeholders and contractors.
• Preparing shift reports and briefing top management of events and incidences taking place during shifts.
• Preparing and conducting staff briefings.
• Man power allocation and planning.
• Complain resolution and handling of passenger feedbacks and responding promptly.
