Successfully managed multiple teams of 3rd party vendors both in region and internationally to define, design, build and deliver an enterprise ready extended xRM solution on Microsoft Dynamics Platform, initially geared to Structured Finance & Capital Market division of Mubadala. Creating an effective Bankers and Investors relationship management system.

As a result of the successful xRM implementation promoted to CRM Relationship Manager, secured funds of 8 Million AED and working with the Head of Tax and Senior Legal Consul implemented solutions to both Mubadala Legal and Tax Divisions assisting them in managing corporate registry and tax management of over 300 companies and joint ventures, resulting in zero tax penalties payments and savings in director expiry and trade license expiration penalties.

Devised strategic roadmap and programme for utilisation of xRM to all Corporate and Business Units within Mubadala and associated companies creating an effective business Intelligence layer, where data is shared across pre-existing silos.

Planned the Enterprise Contact Management master data management strategy and business collaboration initiative relating to the governance of all business related company and contacts used by Mubadala and employees resulting in 360 degree of Mubadala relationships with external parties assisting Mubadala to strategically leverage those relationships.

Project managed the successful migration of CRM 4 to CRM 2011 on premise within 4 weeks.

Managed the implementation of AGILE methodology for the CRM development team and acting as Product Owner liaised with the business on securing committed requirements successfully creating a backlog of activities across business units, migrated and managed all requirements in Team Foundation Server.

Facilitated the requirements gathering and definition phase for multiple projects successfully initiated by Enterprise Technology Services.
