At present working for the Prestigious Jammu Udhampur Road Project
as CPE Manager, with M/S AFCONS infrastructure limited, where I am
taking care of erection, Commissioning and Operation of Hydraulic &
mechanical cranes, Batching plants, Gantry Cranes, concrete Pumps,
Boom placers, Generators, and other supporting Equipments Along with
inventory control as additional responsibility. Job Responsibility held at various projects :
1\] Taking care of Operation, Preventive maintenance & repairing of all sorts of heavy construction machineries and Generator engines up to 750KVA capacity.
i.e. Hydraulic & Mechanical Cranes, Piling rigs, Piling hammers, Batching plants, concrete pumps, Boom placers, Transit mixers, hot mix plants, Excavators, Hydraulic Cranes, Motor Grader, Dozer, Loader, Vibratory roller, Paver finishers, Mobile crushing plant, Bitumen sprayers, Kerb casting machine, Tippers, Lab testing machines, and D.G Sets up to 750KVA capacity.
2\] I am having vast knowledge in Transmission repairs, engine overhauling, hydraulic repairs and undercarriage repair works.
3\] Erection, commissioning, operation & maintenance of Cranes, Piling rigs, Hot Mix plant, WMM plant, Weigh bridges, Batching plant and gensets up to 750KVA capacity.
4\] Allocation & mobilization of Plant & Equipment spare parts arrangement & inventory control, Inspection of new machineries prior to purchase, co-ordination with OEM’s for service & warranty claim etc.
5\] Monitoring of own and Hired equipments for their performance.
6\] Preparing cost of plant statement (CP), monthly performance report (MPR), MIS reports and up keeping of records of plants and equipments. I.e. History card, maintenance schedule, fuel consumption and other ISO 9001-2000 related formats.
7\] As I have working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, power point, EIP, SAP and internet/intranet I use to make and send all the reports using these packages.
8) Already conducted auditing at seven sites in two regions as auditor for the improvement of ISO implementation other than mockup auditing at the sites within region.
9) Developing vendors for Hiring of equipments as per the project guidelines.
10) Developing Vendors to supply materials for smooth operation of P&M.
11\] Coordinating at sites for Heavy lift and Girder erection.

I have completed My DIPLOMA in 1993 from SRKM Institute ,Mylapore, Chennai and Joined L&TECC through campus interview. Later I have completed My BE through correspondence from NIES ,Delhi in June 2013.
