Review of Project Scope and approved Architectural Schematic Drawings.
Participate in Design Workshops/Meetings to understand stakeholder’s requirement’s with respect to the project.
Prepare list of Opportunities and risks associated with the project.
Prepare initial Design Data and Guidelines for each project.
On a case to case basis prepare scope divisions of each project and assign key personnel against each scope of the project. Brief the team on key design requirements and overall scope of the project.
Prepare initial Structural Model using competent design tools such as “STAAD.Pro V8i”.
To discuss with other subject area experts from Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical divisions etc; to freeze the design guidelines and proceed with further detail designing of the project.
To provide required information to Structural Designer/Draftsman to prepare drawings.
To review Design Drawings and reports prepared by team members.
To submit and liaise with authorities towards Municipality Approval of Structural Drawings and report.
To prepare Tender Drawings and address any queries related to project.
To prepare Construction Drawings and address any details required by the contractor.
To visit Project site on a need basis to inspect key Structural member casting prior to concreting.
Projects Handled in India:
Supervision of Residential buildings. (Individual bungalows, villas etc).
Supervision of Commercial Complexes. (Shopping malls, showroom etc).
