 In-charge of daily operations for the female section of the Palace
 Supervise and coordinate the daily service requirements of the Personal Service (butlers & nurses), F&B, Housekeeping, Laundry and Private Villa departments.
 Ensure that the services provided in the Palace are of the highest quality and conform to Royal Family and guest wishes.
 Assigned duties, inspect work and service delivery, investigate any complaints and suggest corrective action to management including Staff attendance, training, coaching and performance.
 Participate in the purchasing of supplies and equipment, and conduct monthly stock takes. Together with management, including Monthly stock and breakage reports.
 Screen new applicants, train new employees and institute disciplinary action of employees as may be required.
 Plan and coordinate function / banqueting set-up & breakdown, washroom service and execution.
 Plan and coordinate guest visitation formalities including Oudh / baghur, welcome party / doorman service, washroom and farewell service.
 Routinely inspect all palace areas to ensure that they are correctly set-up, neat and prepared for use.
 Alert Management to any & all complaints received from Royal Family members or guests.
 Report maintenance faults / jobs to appropriate personnel and complete maintenance log book accordingly.
 Provide commentary on monthly consumption of supplies to assigned outlets.
 Ensure that the reputation & integrity of the Royal Family members, the Royal Court and palace operations are beyond reproach in their dealings with their various stakeholders.
 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, personal hygiene and professionalism.
 Maintain absolute confidentiality of Royal Family, palace and Security affairs
