1. Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards, including the delivery
of internal and external service level agreements.
Consult throughout the brand to identify and optimize performance.
Collect information to identify and optimize performance.
2. Compile research and feedback findings and develop opportunities to benefit the Business.
Report and investigate key financial information for the operations team
3. Develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance department contribution to
business and overall security of assets and information in compliance with company policy and
local law.
4. Supervise a team within the Department.

Interface for operations, the link between Ops and Head Office
Act as key output to operations
Liaison with Functional department
Manage store operation base on store needs of people (staff), product and performance.
Support team on customer service.
Manage customer complaint.
Delegating task to staff base on there strength and weaknesses.
Making sure that daily budget / sales is achieved by leading driving sales.
Ordering and receiving store stocks.
Booking sales invoice.
Inventory and making monthly summary of store stock loss.
Managing PETTY CASH reimbursement and store cash flow.
Filing of documents and making emails to higher management on store updates and store daily / weekly reports.
Supports agents, handles escalations, monitor the cue and works in conjuction with the team lead.
Embodies culture and best practices.
Give advice and guidance to agent on different insurance plans ( HMO, PPO, EPO, POS and Medicare Supplements )
Supports the Team Leader for any transition of insurance related process and for deployment of this changes to agents.
Gather feedback from agents on issues and challenges with the current policy and give recommendation to operation on potential improvement.
Level 1 trained agent - Performs verification of health insurance, providing health benefit information and authenticating authorization requirements for medical procedure.
Level 2 trained agent - Analyze claims and providing and assisting healthcare providers on the issues or status of their claims.
Level 3 trained agent - Provides detailed computation on how healthcare provider is paid according to the level of care or health care service that they are rendering.
Perform hospital responsibilities to patient. Rotational duty in all areas of the hospital ( Emergency room, medical ward OB ward, private ward and pediatric ward )
Making detailed documentation of patients information and physician’s notes.
Rendered healthcare service to satellite clinic of the hospital in rural communities.
Implementation of healthcare programs of the Department of health in partnership with NSPH by attending medical missions in farplang areas and providing seminars and trainings.
As an educator, we are task to motivate students to do their best and extend their own personal limit by expanding upon previous knowledge and exploring new uncharted territory in order to increase the career oppurtunities and success in the future.
Providing customer service by giving information regarding the medicines they want to buy as prescribed by their physician or if they don’t have prescriptions, we offer ideas as to what over the counter medicine to take based on their illness. We also performed multi- task duties such as receiving deliveries, inventory and cashiering.
