• Primary responsibility of supporting an ERP System (ORION) and supporting Discover reports and Crystal reports integrated with Orion ERP including the branch offices.
• Customization and development of additional Modules and Reports in line with ERP
System standards using Oracle Forms, Reports based on the user's requirement.
• Fixing issues raised by the users, liaising with the Software vendor, getting and applying thepatches to the application from time to time.
• Preparing MIS Reports, circulation to Top Level Managers based on demand.
