The role exists to manage, develop and grow the company's business in its categories of Interior and exterior architectural solutions across the GCC countries, mainly Folding Facades, Framless facades, Sliding facade hardwares etc with High-end German Manufacturers like SOLARLUX, Teufelbeschlag, MWE, Lacefence, SILBER FENSTER.
Pitch and qualify potential & existing clients who are interested in a business opportunity to prepare clients for a tailor made quotation.
Provides consultation & support to clients and architects in the planning and design stage in order to specify the product for tender.
Engage all potential leads/clients with an introductory presentation or personal visit to discuss the business opportunities.
Sound product knowledge of the Facade systems, architectural products and technical details of the same.
Attend Network meetings and conventions with existing clients to communicate opportunities to generate further business opportunity in the area.
Develop and distribute a sales status report to present a complete account of the sales activity in the assigned territories.
Build a good rapport with the guests through the use of interpersonal skills and knowledge of products.
Show initiative and prove own capabilities in all aspects of job and maintain confidentiality at all times concerning customers and other administration information
Follow-up on sales leads generated through leads generating center from the company.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments to support all facets of lead generation (including seminars, business and trade shows, and site specific marketing).
Being able to organize workflow to meet deadlines and prioritize work, and demonstrate ability to work across cultures.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and service partners
Meet or exceed annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame
Ability to learn & share new product information from the market to the suppliers and help in development of innovate designs.
Administrative Works like Sales Quotation, Delivery Notes, Invoices. Sales return,
Orion Software (ERP) in sales.
Accounts Keeper & Petty Cash for the Sales & Marketing Department.
PowerPoint Presentations/Product Demonstrations to Clients.
Seminars and Meetings with Clients.
Telesales, Mails, Calls, Fax and other Office Tasks.
All Administrative jobs in the Events & conference department.
Banquet task co-ordintaion & management.
Assistant to the Events Manager with all major tasks regarding the minor and Major Events.
