Responsibilities
Manage information technology and computer systems
Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and
procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to
contribute to organizational policy
Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees,
communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Responsibilities
Build database systems (MS SQL, 1c)of high availability and quality
depending on each end user’s specialised role
Design and implement database in accordance to end users
information needs and views
Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in
appropriate format and in a timely manner
Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast
query responses
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training
to users
Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and
standards
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy
and integrity
Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new
patches and versions when required

Responsibilities
Configure servers for enterprise customers (account transfers, backup,
clustering, and high-availability)
Install and maintain server software (Linux, Windows)
Assist in server stability and security
Be available for on-call emergencies
Manage customer relationships
Setup and maintain complex high-availability clusters
Setup and maintain monitoring and backups
Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related
services
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all
implemented Works (servers, network and PBX installation
IT & Digital Strategy, and new Emerging
Technologies
- Formulation of IT & Digital Strategy and Roadmap in alignment with
Corporate Strategy & Plans
- Setting the objectives, KPIs, key initiatives, budgets, project plans.
Dedicated, VPS, and Cloud Hosting clients via phone, support ticket
and chat platforms on various technical issues.
Job Duties
Provide phone support for Dedicated, VPS, Cloud Hosting Reseller and
Cpanel clients
Answers Help Desk tickets and Live Chat inquiries as a secondary
responsibility
Escalates or flags tickets and calls to Level II, III or Supervisor when
necessary
Utilizes Level I security access to Account Management System (Pavo)
to assist customers
Monitors servers including booting a machine when necessary
Responds to server alerts as per instructions from supervisory staff
Responsible for server stability
Transfers accounts between servers when necessary for load
balancing or account upgrades
Document all answered call and help desk tickets accordingly
Respond to voicemails left by dedicated customers
Continues development of Lunar pages and systems knowledge to
more effectively answer calls
