Produce and analyse reports to determine sales/margin/profit information with recommendations where appropriate.
Communicate to store and warehouse information regarding new arrivals, display material, and stock release and returns.
Co-ordinate the office and schedule of assigned Executive, and channel work to / through Department’s Secretaries/personnel. Direct and guide internal and external enquiries, documentation and contacts. Co-ordinate with Retail Executive Office, Retail and Support Departments and Group Companies as required, and with Executive Offices of Franchisers and commercial contacts / partners.
Organize and co-ordinate all flight arrangements and diary entries. Responsible for preparing all correspondence and presentations, and all other office duties. Handle top management information and contacts securely, sensitively and confidentially.

Schedule & organize the delivery of goods to verified final destination.
Reviews forecast and backlog to determine production capacity requirements to provide commitments and feedback to the planning group.
Proactively identify areas of potential demand and supply concerns, analyze capacity constraints, shortages and communicate analysis/recommendations to all parties impacted.
