Conduct the test for materials being used in construction
in accordance to the standards (ASTM, BS, QCS)
Go to the site to get samples and conduct the test.
Make the report for the result and the Request
registrations.
Coordinate with client’s QC engineers and its
consultant.
Supervise other technicians.
Render overtime when needed
Do the production plan based from the Master
production schedule, considering the number and skills
of manpower, production efficiency, delivery dates etc.
Monitor raw materials to be used in the production.
Make sure that all pre-production processes (PPS
approval, Size Set approval, Trial Run, Trial Approval)
were done.
Attend Pre-Production Meeting and discuss issues on the schedule.
Monitor the flow of the items from start up to the last process, ensuring that everything follows what’s on the production plan.
Do the daily production report and coordinate it to the Production and QC manager, and supervisors.
Coordinate with the Merchandisers for materials, quantity and delivery issues.
Attend weekly PSR meeting with the clients and discuss the status of their orders.
Render overtime when needed.
Make the Master Production Schedule based from the
POs and forecasts being given by the Sales
Department.
* Make weekly curing schedule based from the MPS and
FG stocks.
* Make the 2-daily milling schedules based from the
curing schedule, cutting stocks, and excess milled
materials.
* Monitor and control the inventory level of raw materials
and finished goods.
* Coordinate to the Sales/Purchasing Department,
Production Supervisors, QC Supervisors, Technical
Department and Production/General Manager regarding
the production status and issues.
* Make summary of achievement for the month and do
production plan for the next month. Discuss it to
supervisors and managers during the Monthly meeting
being conducted by the Vice President/General
Manager.
* Attend daily production meeting.
* Render overtime when needed.
*Conduct time and motion study for line balancing.
* Find creative ways on how to balance the line in order
to achieve the target efficiency.
* Conduct PP meeting.
* Do manhour plan and execute it to achieve the target
efficiency.
* Make the machines lay-out to prevent extra
unproductive movements in the line.
* Coordinate to the Line Supervisors, QC and
Production manager.
* Act as temporary line supervisor when the Supervisor
is absent.
