• Maintains liaison with all FM consumers, suppliers and transport companies
• Plans, coordinates and monitors the receipt, orders, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure efficient utilization of storage space and proper care, maintenance and use of all mechanical handling equipment. • Needs to be aware and have a clear understanding of the policies and procedures and best business practices related to the operation of stores, warehousing and delivery of the service.
• Needs to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the use of automated and computerized systems related to the function.
• Motivate, encourage and train staff where appropriate to encourage better team performance.
• Ability to respond to communications, whether verbal or written from the FM customers.
• Keep stock control systems up-to-date and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Produce regular reports and statistics as needed.
• Oversees the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Works in close cooperation with Logistics Coordinator and Loading Dock Operators • Develop and applies measures to avoid material outages, over-withdrawal of materials, unnecessary wastage and over-ordering of materials.
• Estimates material needs, and in close cooperation with our Purchasing Agent assists in purchase requisitions and follow-up on purchase orders.
• Follow-up on materials transactions, stock checking and inventory control.
• Responsible for inventory report, analysis report, posting, top-up report, slow moving report.
• Checking of incoming deliveries against the Delivery Note and Purchase Orders for quality and conformance.
• Daily checking of the Inventory System and Single Batch Picking List printout.
• Checks all deliveries on site and matches them with purchase orders.
• Ensuring all spares required for KATARA’s equipment are promptly ordered, stored and managed at the Spare Store.
• Ensuring stock is within the threshold level in the Enterprise Asset Manager (EAM) Inventory System. Stock threshold level should take into account the lead- time required to procure the item.
• Maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the Spare Store at all time.
• Receiving of materials and stock issuances.
• Checking of incoming deliveries against the Delivery Note and Purchase Orders for quality and conformance.
• Daily checking of the Inventory System and Single Batch Picking List printout.
• Ensuring that the storekeeper receives and sign out the printed Single or Batch Picking List.
• Ensuring quantities of parts are above the threshold quantity.
• Ensuring transactions are properly recorded and entered into the EAM System
• Ensuring that every stock is properly identified and or named and that the EAM Inventory System is always updated.
• Capturing digital picture of each product stored in EAM.
• Ensuring a “last piece” sample is maintained for future product identifications.
• Monitoring store stock Utilization (Top-Up and Stock allocation)
• Responsible for stock transfer and handing over.
• Oversee store files and documents.
• Preparing monthly report for Check-in and Check-out of all spare items.
• Preparing a summary of all delivered items within a timely manner (monthly report).
• Responsible for inventory report, analysis report, posting, top-up report, slow moving report.
• To supervise and monitor Term Contractors’ KPI’s and attendance.
• Responsible for Logistics Management SOP implementation audit procedures.
Electrical Supervisor
• Supervising, planning and communicating the daily work task of Electricians and Term Contractors.
• Assisting in relaying and communicating job assignments with the other trades, (e.g., plumbers, carpenters, etc.)
• Inspecting work tasks to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
• Examining electrical services for proper working procedures.
• Planning and estimating electrical job order/s.
• Performing related work as required.
• Assisting Term Contractors on hands-on duties and tasks.
• Maintaining records of electrical job order/s and assigning the task to the appropriate personnel.
• Updating personal knowledge of electrical materials in the warehouse.
• Advising Engineers and Operation Managers of technical problems concerning installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Recommending procedure revisions, when necessary, to fully utilize assigned personnel/Term Contractor and equipment.
• Determining procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Troubleshooting and Fixing of Electrical and Lighting problems
• Carrying-out the PM work of Main Meters, Busbars, Exhaust fan, Supply fan, Breakers, GenSet /ats.
• Involves in the operation ofGenSet, fire tanks, transfer and pumps
• Attending with clients’ concerns and requests regarding building, electrical and plumbing breakdowns
• Monitoring and operating the Sewer Treatment Plant (STP)
• Reading and analyzing plans under electrical and plumbing.
• Cleaning of split-type and window-type air conditioners.
