Write and edit technical documents. Drafted and launched a common format across all job cards which enabled single engineering sign-of capability. Key liaison with teams including maintenance planning, technical records, engineering personnel, and the Senior Vice President.

• Achieved programme compliance across the Emirates fleet (Airbus, AirNav, and My Boeing) through the implementation of a common job card format.
