2. Administering/Coordination Works for Supplies/Logistics duribefore and during Procurement Stage and Finalization of PO/BPA for award.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Executive Manager, responsible for the effective contract and commercial administration/management of an assigned Project, responsible to correspondences with contractual and commercial issues, organizing and issuing Site Instructions, Review and evaluation and finalization of Variation Orders and Contractor’s Interim Payment, Close coordination with the PM and client’s PM with regards to commercial issues. Responsible also to other areas, such as Tender Document preparations (Bill of Quantities) for any assigned/given Projects to be completed within the stipulated time.
Reports directly to the Contracts Manager and Project Director - (Contract Administration Department), Responsible for the effective administration of sub-contract agreements including sub-contractors’ payments, review and submission of change/variation notice, preparation of Invoice to be submitted to Client/Consultant and compliance to any requirements by the Dept head.
Graduated as Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering on 1993.
