Managing director for a ~1050 person organization that drives the comprehensive design, engineering, software, facilities and development of Intel’s 12 - 18 month roadmap. Drove the IT process, and trends within the organization to ensure maximum efficiency with our customers and partners. Work directly with Sales to develop requirements and business initiatives that aligns with our gateway and IT offerings in the realm of IoT. Established a customer support paradigm that puts the customer (internal or external) first to meet their expectations and goals. Developed an ERP system within Intel that drives our product planning, resource modeling, support calls/requirements, inventory management, purchase orders, and shipment of Customer Reference boards (CRBs). My team’s solution drove a 300% efficiency reduction within the operations of the broader 7, 000 person organization with a net saving of $4, 5M of our operating cost.
