Description
Raising MIR (MATERIAL INSPECTION REPORT) for all the material arrive at site.
Raising WIR (WORK INSPECTION REPORT) for installation of Panels, Supports, Cable
Ladder, Cable Tray, Conduits, Junction Box, Cables, Switches, outlets, lights and other loads.
Rectification work based on comments evolve during inspection (Pre-com Punchlist)
Arrange Man-power and give instruction to workers. Permit requester.
Applying LOTO.
Conducting insulation resistance test.
Continuity test.
All activites related to Power system
Managing operations, Manpower and materials
required.
Monitor supports fabrication and installation including
visual inspection.
Give instructions to Supervisors to install
equipment/devices as per plan.
Monitor QA/QC to conduct Inspection for support and
equipment installation as per project test plan.
Monitor Punch list and outstanding work to execute
during due date.
Monitor database of actual work done at site .
Working collaboratively with design engineers and
operation engineers.
liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant
authorities
Testing, maintaining and modifying existing system

Work as a supervisor for pulling cables i-e ( electrical
& instrument (IS & NIS ), patch cord, CAT6, system

Work as QA/QC to prepare drawings i-e (location
layout, datasheet, schematics, loop diagram,
interconnection drawings, wiring diagram, junction
box termination drawing ) for commissioning team to
perform loop check and calibration which include
pressure transmitter, level transmitter, solenoid valve,
manual call point, flouresent lighting, alarms, gas
detectors, smoke detectors
Inspecting junction boxes, cable drum resistance, all
instrument equipments and devices Working collaboratively with design engineers and
operation engineers.
liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and
relevant authorities
Arranging Fabrication Process of Strut, Waler, Corner, Circular Hallow
Section, Beams, Runner Beam, Sheet Piles, Decking plates, Knee Head,
Cross Head, Boxes and Load Cells.
* Operations and dealing with clients sub con and main con.
* Delivery Order, Invoice and Packing list
* Analyzing drawing and mentioning the exact marking on H-BEAMS and I-
BEAMS.
* Arrange visual material inspection, tolerance test inspection, making
checklist.
NEC ipasso link (200, 400, 1000) maintenance, operation
and alarm troubleshooting through web LCT.
BTS commissioning, its preventive and proactive
maintenance, maintaining acceptable value of VSWR,
Radio Remote Unit installation and its all types of alarms
troubleshooting.
Verifying internal and external BTS alarms locally
through LMT and remotely from NOC.
RMS alarms rectification and verifying it with NOC.
Maintenance of Solar system
2V and 12V Battery bank installation and it’s
maintenance through proper test.
Analysis of ZTE system BS8700 and BS8900,
troubleshooting and maintaining power source to it
