•Operations and data entry on accounting programs: “Brains”, “Ace”, “Silicon” & other
•Reconciliation Bank statements and checks for collection control
•Cash and Cash equivalent control
•Applying all purchases and sales
•Preparing all the procedures of closing by the end of the year (Difference of Exchange, Closing of accounts, opening of new year)
•Preparing all the financial reports as Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Equity Schedule on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
•Executing all the procedures of Taxation to the Ministry of Finance :
• Income Tax on profits
•Tax on salaries (calculating salary tax and filling forms to be declared)
•Vat declaration
•SSNF procedures of Declaration
• Preparing SSNF subscriptions and filling Schedules to be declared to the SSNF
