* Answering inquiries and handling supplier’s calls.
* Maintain security by following the company procedures and monitoring log book.
* Assisting the HR and Admin for the visa application of all new selected candidates.
* Dealing with PRO for all procedures and documents needed for the visa application of the new
selected candidates.
* Communicating with the manpower agency from the origin country of all selected candidates.
* To take measurements and collect workplace data either for routine inspection or as directed
by a manager.
* Help to implement and evaluate safety and quality programs.
* To work accordingly with the safety and quality team in conducting safety checks on work areas
and equipment, make a note of this in writing and inform higher level management staff.
* As Safety administrator, to keep abreast of current occupational legislation and requirements to
bring our workplace into compliance.
* To facilitate all the trainings and new modules in relation with safety measures and new
guidelines implemented by the company.
* To make schedules with regard to attendance, meetings and other pertinent activities within the
safety department.
Generate and maintain account related reports
* Ensure that workload is equally divided between cash registers
* Evaluate performance of cashiers and provide managers with information on appraisals.
* Ensure that each customer’s transactions are processed accurately and in a time efficient
manner.
* Resolve employee conflicts and ensure that any customer complaints are handled immediately
* Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to ensure that further errors do not
happen.
* Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift and make sure that any discrepancies are
managed immediately
* Manage bank deposit activities and make sure that cash is counted accurately at the end of each
shift
* Making sure that the customers are happy and satisfied with the service provided to them.
