Gobinath Ravichandran

I worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, where I combine software engineering with Generative AI development. I develop Python applications, REST APIs, SQL solutions, and enterprise integrations while supporting business-critical applications. In parallel, I've designed and developed RAG-based AI assistants using LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Qdrant, embeddings, and Large Language Models. My responsibilities include building document ingestion pipelines, implementing chunking and embedding strategies, optimizing retrieval quality, integrating AI services with enterprise applications, evaluating model responses, reducing hallucinations, and supporting production deployments. I also collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
