Currently, I'm handling all event related activities of the company. From factory visits, seminars, trainings and meetings. Seminars, trainings and meetings are either internal and for customers. We contact airlines, travel agency and hotel to inquire prices and offers.
My job responsibilities are to provide business correspondence for Export Sales, Pre Technical Sales and Marketing Department by preparing drafts covering instructions, updates, follow up and other forms to both internal and external recipients in behalf of the immediate superiors. Arrange payments and follow up with suppliers related to marketing department.
I was working in AskMeNow Inc as an Internet Research Specialist. My job is to answer queries from customers regarding weather reports, stocks, driving directions, 411, sports scores, news and free form questions. I can call myself as an expert in computer applications. I work by shifts, I can work efficiently on my own and can be a team player.
