• Invoicing & Cash Application
• Revenue Recognition and petty cash expenses
• Processing Employee & Vendor Payments
• Daily control of cash and cheque, withdrawals/deposits and other banking transactions
• Co-ordinate and follow up with clients
• Visiting ports, record keeping and application of shipping port passes all over UAE via PCFC site.
• Maintenance of staff records, monthly salary payments, vouchers and other book keeping transactions
• Organize an effective collection system and initiate collecting efforts by contacting individual customers via phone, email or in person
• Handling Salik payments and processing online payments
• Keeping record of fines/penalties & reporting to the management
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Preparing invoices to customers and collection of cash
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• assist in resolving any administrative problems
• run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
• schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
• maintain office supplies for department
• Schedule interviews and submit background checks
• Compile and send new hire information to accepted applicants
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
