▪ Day to Day monitor 3PL and Hub KPI’s and course correct to manage additional volumes spikes,
Inventory buildup and accuracy with 98% accuracy.
▪ Strategically pioneered Direct Sourcing initiatives, eliminating intermediaries from Mfg. Plants,
reducing Lead Time, and reducing Product and Logistics.
▪ Spearheaded initiative to expand the scope of Hub to 8 Oil Field Service Product line segment in

process efficiency without inflating cost, Inventory holding in Hub increased to $ 100 Million.
