 Reviewed/approved EPC Contractors’ Project schedules and work programs and advised NNPC on any schedule variance, including mitigating actions.
 Reviewed/approved the Master Document Register and Deliverable Release Schedule of the EPC Contractors and prepare an overall Project Schedule for monitoring of the Projects to hand over.
 Reviewed/approved EPC Contractors’ deliverables, including but not limited to calculations, drawings, specifications, equipment register, material take-offs (MTOs), datasheets, Vendor queries, As-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and spare parts list, to ensure alignment to specification and standards.
 Coordinated successful HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL Constructability Review workshops for all EPC contractors’ projects.
 Reviewed and tracked EPC Contractors’ procurement activities.
 Ensured the coordination of Short-down and Construction readiness workshops for all EPC contractors’ projects.
