Assembled a team of engineers for the completion of the Projects.

Reviewed and approved the contractors' EPC MDRs, Schedules, and PMS.
Ensured provision of a robust Interface Management between NNPC stakeholders and the EPC Contractors With their Vendors/OEMs/Subcontractors.
Provided a detailed Projects-specific Work Breakdown Structure, identifying all elements of work activities with corresponding weightings that translate to progress percentages, which formed the basis for PMS for milestones completion Invoicing.
Reviewed/approved EPC Contractors’ Project schedules and work programs and advised NNPC on any schedule variance, including mitigating actions.
Reviewed/approved the Master Document Register and Deliverable Release Schedule of the EPC Contractors and prepare an overall Project Schedule for monitoring of the Projects to hand over.
Reviewed/approved EPC Contractors’ deliverables, including but not limited to calculations, drawings, specifications, equipment register, material take-offs (MTOs), datasheets, Vendor queries, As-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and spare parts list, to ensure alignment to specification and standards.
Coordinated successful HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL Constructability Review workshops for all EPC contractors’ projects.
Reviewed and tracked EPC Contractors’ procurement activities.
Ensured the coordination of Short-down and Construction readiness workshops for all EPC contractors’ projects.
