Managing the electrical construction scope for one of the regions largest logistics projects, encompassing 15 assets and full site-wide infrastructure, including a Central Transportation Hub, Start-Up Transportation Center, Central Distribution Center, Start-Up Distribution Centers, Fire Station Building, Utility Building, Security Control Center, Main Substations, Laundry Facilities, Catering Facilities, Nursery Facilities as well as provision for future assets.

Throughout my career as a Managing Partner and Electrical Engineer at GRS Engineering, I spearheaded the
successful delivery of large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial and oil & gas projects across Turkey,
the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Directed the full lifecycle of MV/LV/ULV systems, covering design review,
procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and energization, while ensuring seamless coordination with civil,
mechanical and architectural disciplines. Partnered with authorities and end users to secure approvals and smooth
handovers, consistently achieving safe, compliant and on-time delivery. Oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets,
aligning financial performance with project objectives and provided consultancy and compliance testing services for
public and private facilities, supporting long-term reliability and operational excellence.

Delivered the full electrical scope for two flagship high-rise developments in Istanbul, Çiftçi Towers and Crystal
Tower (Financial Bank HQ). Directed end to end MV/LV/ULV works, including procurement, installation, testing and
commissioning, while leading multidisciplinary coordination with civil, mechanical and architectural teams. Worked
in close collaboration with international consultants PCF-P, HOK and ARUP, ensuring compliance with quality and
safety standards, streamlining documentation and procurement processes, and securing the safe, timely handover of
both landmark projects.

Served as Electrical Construction Coordinator for the New Doha International Airport (2010-2012), delivering large
scale MV/LV/ULV installations across control rooms, concourses, terminal areas and baggage handling systems.
Directed works for passenger loading bridges, major feeders, lighting and power systems in Concourse C, while
supervising lightning protection, testing and commissioning to international standards. Coordinated closely with
global stakeholders including Bechtel, Taisei, HOK and ThyssenKrupp, ensuring seamless multidisciplinary
integration, timely snag closure and the safe, compliant and on-time handover of this landmark aviation project.

Managed full electrical installation for three 10-storey smart apartment buildings, car park and common areas under MIDMAC, covering panels, cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control and BMS. Optimized workforce allocation and directed commissioning to achieve timely project delivery. Managed LV and ICP/ULV design and
execution, integrating fire alarm systems with QAPCOs network. Supervised material submittals, shop drawings, as built documentation, testing, commissioning and handover with QAPCO. Also contributed to tenders and contracts for projects such as Qatar Airways Cabin Crew Accommodation, Barwa Avenue, Sheraton Car Park, and Qatar Cables Factory.
