Project: Emaar Beachfront Plot-Z02.B3 Beach Vista - Dubai.
Project Summary: The Beach vista project is strategically located on Plot B.03 in Zone 2 of the Dubai Harbour Development (also known as Marsa Dubai: Emaar Beachfront), being developed as a Master Plan by Meraas. The Plot has an area of 6, 400 sqm with a maximum allowable GFA (Gross Floor Area) of 60, 792.51 sqm. Combined podium, Tower-1 comprises of G+M+5 Podium + 33 floors with 230 units, while Tower 2 comprises of G+M+5Podium+ 26 floors with 217 units, Podium comprises of 8 apartments on 4 levels. Public amenities are located on the Podium roof and comprises of swimming pools, shared kids pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, BBQ area, multipurpose room, dames room and theatre. Other than the 455 Residential units the project also houses a health-care center and 5 nos. retail spaces. The ground floor and podium houses 656 car parking spaces in total, to cater to the projects requirements as per authority regulations.
Responsibilities: To coordinate and manage all activities associated with the project such as; Civil, architectural, electro - mechanical & landscaping works.
Project drawings, manufacturer drawings, specifications & other detailed works.
Management of subcontractors.
Works associated with quality plan; control and supervision of quality according to procedures.
Ensure works are carried out according to the contract, specifications, time schedule, drawings, standards, and quality plan.
Manage all activities associated with the scope of works; utilize personnel and equipment adequately.
Management of Financial aspect of works and bill of quantities.
Coordinate and manage temporary and permanent acceptances.
Prepare, coordinate and manage final calculations.

Project: Aktogay Copper Project
Project Summary: The contract for the construction of the Copper Concentrate Plant having an annual capacity of 25 million tons of mining was signed in mid-December 2012. The project site is located in Kazakhstan Aktogay situated close to the intersection of the east and north railroad lines and 700 km away from Almaty.
The project construction period was 34 months including highway, railway, basin construction, concrete-steel and prefabricated buildings, long conveyor transportation lines, pipelines of varying diameter, assembly of equipment and mechanical installation and fully automated production control systems as well as numerous non-process buildings and facilities within the scope of the project have been undertaken on a turn-key basis.
The target date for the completion of testing and commissioning of the Aktogay Copper Concentrate Plant Project as well as commencement of ore processing were October 2015 unfortunately the project is terminated by Client due to commercial issues.

Projects Summary: The Ermenek dam and hydropower project is one of seven
hydropower plants, dams, and diversions planned or constructed in the Göksu
River basin in southeastern Turkey. The Göksu River is one of the last free flowing
rivers in Turkey and an important site for both migratory birds and plant diversity.
A large portion of its delta is protected under national laws and by international
listing as a Ramsar site. The Ermenek project has been approved and is currently
under construction, with financing from a consortium of private European
banks. These banks are not bound by the environmental and social safeguards,
and decision transparency, mandated of intergovernmental financial
institutions such as the World Bank Group. Such safeguards were developed by
specialists, and adopted by the governing boards, in response to massive public
pressure following disastrous consequences of high-profile projects funded by
these organizations.
