At academia I have been exposed to various disciplines including, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, Information & knowledge Dimension, Economics and Human Resources, which are essential for managing all businesses. Presently I have specialized in the fields Making Creativity, Design and Innovation, which covers the process behind the starting to the end of new projects and also tell about the perfect way to deal with projects. Strategic Management Accounting, which combines disciplines of management accounting and strategy business level decision making. Global Supply Chain Management, which covers strategies and best practices for improving global supply chain performance and Constraint Management, which covers the application of Theory of Constraints in Project Management, Retail Sector and in Manufacturing Sector to improve the performance. I have lead a team of five, in a Consultancy Project for SPS company in Nottingham, UK, where we analyzed the current operations and marketing sector of the company and successfully recommended solutions for the issues they were facing. I was also a part of International Consultancy Project for a company called Zukhruf based in Kuwait. The company was an advertising company and we successfully provide them with a new strategy after the company analysis. DISSERTATION As a part of my academic requirement, I did the dissertation project based on the application of Theory of Constraints (TOC) into the distribution network of a company which is based in the European country Slovenia. The project was under the super vision of one of the well-known professors in this field; Dr. Roy Stratton. TOC deals with the identification of a constraint or a bottleneck in the system. TOC says that improving the constraint will help to develop the system rather than to develop the system as a whole.
