world. As a Partner Content Team Lead I manage all activities of the Partner
Content Specialists team including strategy planning, operational tasks,
productivity, setting targets, training, recruitment, coaching of the team,
focusing on each team member’s personal and professional development, and
coordinating projects, priorities and workload amongst the team. I am also
responsible for content performance and quality of properties in my region,
and promoting content to all stakeholders. As a Team Lead, I support this
