Worked at the front end directly dealing with customer in the remittances and foreign currency exchange, mainly handling cash- multiple currencies at a time, being well informed and updated about constantly fluctuating currency rates and provide most accurate information to customer, preparing daily and monthly reports. coming up with new promotional events and brochure ideas for customer requisitions, retention also for improving the brand name as in popularity.
