Made AS IS Process, TO BE process flows and end to end operational mapping for SOP’s using IBM BLUEWORKS BPMN tool and MS VISIO
• Tracked and created PROCESS OPTIMIZATION opportunities for various business process including current BENCHMARKING DATA of existing BPM processes.
