Hi, I'm Gokul Radhakrishnan, currently working in HTC global services as a Associate Manager-SOC. monitoring, parsing and creating rules related FIREWALL, SIEM, EDR, XDR, IDS, IPS, SECURITY TRAINING and etc also handling a SOC team of more than 30 people to support 24/7 accross the global. Preparing monthly, weekly reports for the customer, handling escalation call and incident response.
To administrate all the network security devices, to plan and implement security devices in new location or for upgration plan. Handled devices like fortigate, McAfee epo, Aruba wifi, assest management tool.
