Job responsibilities:
•Review Request for Purchase Orders for accuracy and policy compliance
•Support preliminary actions required to PR creations
•Create Purchase Request and Purchase Orders
•Assist Regional Managers/Vendor Managers functions.
•Co-ordinate Purchase Order Approvals
•Perform Change orders and request to approved PO’s.
•Resolve blocked invoices.
•Resolve PO imbalance errors.
•Process 3rd party vendor invoices for payment.
•Post Goods Receipt.
•PR audit and adhoc queries
Software/Application Knowledge
•Basic MS Office 2013
•SAP CRM ( Transaction codes only- client use)
•Client Provided Share point like Coupa ERP and Global PO Tracker
•Outlook 2013
