CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Installation & Calibration of pneumatic & electronic IP converter, Control valve,
Level/Flow/Temperature/Pressure transmitter.
* Installation of Thermocouple, RTD, level/ flow/ Temperature/ Pressure switches,
various Gauges, Solenoids.
* Installation of Vibration probe & switches of rotating equipment.
* To complete preventive maintenance as per monthly schedule.
* To carried out corrective maintenance work.
Previous Engagements
Type of project : Urea Fertilizer (1600 M ton/day)
Job responsibilities : Overall supervision to perform the following jobs:
a) Installation, calibration, repairing, maintenance & test of
pneumatic and Electronic Instrument like Transmitter, Field controller,
Control Valves, Positioners, Pressure & level switches, Solenoids.
Routine & Preventive Maintenance of Flame, Heat, Smoke Detectors,
Emergency manual active call alarm. Check of Vibration measuring
and monitoring system.
b) To ensure the availability of adequate tools, test equipment, spare
parts, Manpower to perform all instrument maintenance activities in
assigned area.
c) To prepare and update job plan and also participate in technical audit
d) To prepare, obtain & comply with all PTW requirements
e) To maintain drawing/ documents update.
