Responsible for the entire HR Services to the company in terms of recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation, employee welfare, training and development, policy procedures, employee engagement/ activities, general administration and personnel management, and employee relations as well as she will be providing general support & assistance in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Worked closely with other key departments within the organization.
During my 8 years in HR service, I received outstanding performance evaluations performing duties, actively volunteering, and proficiency in all Human Resources facet, dynamic, and performance-driven professional. Produced communication strategies to meet KPIs. Paid close attention to employees' concerns and addressed their queries and achieved an exceptional level of customer service. Increased employees'attendance records from passable to exceptional by emphasizing punctuality and being prepared to
start work on arrival. During every semester, I provided company management updates for all employee renewals including at-risk renewals and forecast for a future succession plan, strategies, and costs. Controlled all confidential and proprietary information of the employees and company. Engaged in the development of an in-house Human Resources Management System. Using HRMS for documentation of all employee information, process attendance, payroll, perks, compensation, and benefits, and other online processes. Acted as a team leader for the HR team for the HRMS project with the objective of promoting close cooperation to share
information and develop satisfactory solutions for the successful delivery of various services in HR. Provided leadership to the HR team. Responsible for monitoring various HR databases to ensure the accuracy of information. Compliance with the MOE Standard and submission of CHED's Data requirements Ensure that the Policy Procedure and implementation of the company are as per UAE labor law. Implemented employee engagement and development programs for high employee satisfaction and retention.
Evaluates and approves on-line and manual Bank Loans.
Handle the motorcycle loan documentation, Oversee the completeness of the submitted documents. Prepares report on document status. On-line tagging & releasing of amount finance of each motorcycle loans. Maintains and secures motorcycle loans documentation and original OR/CR of motorcycle units. Act as document vault custodian. Coordinate clients from time to time on their documents.
Handles the HR records & Personnel policy administration, Incorporate HR policy in manual, Updates Manpower / Personnel Statistics, Secure employees Philippine Health & TIN. Prepares report for Department of labor & employment (DOLE). Observe employees’ attendance and issuance of tardiness memorandum, Provide employees’ attendance rating, Update Bank directory, employees hiring and resignation. HR File custodian, Formulate HR Report and Memorandum, Performs recruitment procedure such as test administration, initial interview, job postings and orientation for newly hired employees, In-charge with the pertinent documents that goes in and out of the office of the Managing Director and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Process and computes Repo motorcycle loan, Oversee the completeness of the submitted documents, Formulate report on document status, Obtain signatures of the Managing Director.
Conduct company recruitment & basic training of hired sales executives, Conduct initial interview and company orientation for newly hired employees, Represents the company in school job hunt, government job fairs for company recruitment, Assessment of psychological test, Reports directly to the President / EVP for recruitment schedules, interviews and demos of prospective employee, Assist the President / EVP, Other HR function that may be
assigned from time to time.
