Oversee mall operations, tenant coordination,
Safety, and service quality to ensure smooth daily functioning and an excellent customer experience

• Provide expert financial planning services, including life insurance, investment, health, and savings
solutions tailored to clients needs.
• Educate clients on financial products offered by Philam Life / AIA and assist them in making informed
financial decisions.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to identify appropriate insurance and investment options for
individuals, families, and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, policy
servicing, and trust-based communication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by Philam Life / AIA.
• Stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and AIAs financial solutions.
• Participate in regular training, seminars, and development programs provided by the company.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
• Assist clients with policy applications, claims processing, premium payments, and policy updates.
• Represent the brand professionally and contribute to building AIAs reputation as a trusted financial
partner.
