 Analyze scope of MEP engineering from drawing and design.
 Liaise with architects, consultants and PMC for finalizing technical deliverables.
 Raise BOQ, finalize specifications, conduct rate analysis and prepare estimates for MEP deliverables submission of bids.
 Prepare layout design of electrical systems.
 Design Switchgear Panels, PCCs, MCCs and other electrical/instrumentation/control panels.
 Implement innovative concepts in MEP design.
 Plan, schedule, monitor and control MEP execution in coordination with PMC, consultant and core project team.
 Raise purchase and manpower requisitions and coordinate with respective departments for timely allocation of the resources.
 Coordinate with interdisciplinary functional groups to integrate MEP deliveries with project schedule.
 Spearhead inspection, testing pre-commissioning/commissioning activities and subsequent regulatory approvals especially for electrical installations.
 Ensure safety and quality at all levels of execution as per guidelines.
 Monitor project cost against budgeted allocation.
 Review execution progress and participate in project meetings to discuss MEP status and bottlenecks for smooth passage of the project.
 Conversant with panel building materials, latest design techniques and Local Authority standards.
 Proficient in AUTOCAD applications with latest versions in drawing and design.
 Familiar with MS Project applications in planning, scheduling, reporting and controlling of projects.
 Familiar with Focus V6.003 module (SAP).
Build and train teams to handle effective delivery of MEP services.
