Project in-Charge - Respiratory Mask
Set Up the complete Project for Cup Style flat style respiratory mask and 3 ply surgical mask and a melt blown manufacturing unit for mask from scratch to production conforming to quality standard of NIOSH and CE .
Including design of mask against corona virus protection, selection of machines, placing machine order, installation of machines, sourcing of raw materials, process control, quality assurance /control, training of operators, processing for NIOSH and CE certification.
Studied, suggested and implemented productivity improvement in production process in Jumbo Bag manufacturing plant bringing a saving of Rs 8 million per year
Worked as founder in setting up from scratch manufacturing units for Nonwoven fabrics at Mumbai and managing own business by development of technical textile (Nonwoven fabric) markets on all India basis.
For Bhagwati Printers, Mumbai set up and managed manufacturing unit for scratch cards for mobile phone service providers at Mumbai .
Selection and recruitment and training of managers and staff for the operations was performed by me.
