Handling of total Material transactions, viz. receipts, Issues, Returns custody, Inventory control.
Monitoring redundancy, disposal, destruction, rejections returns, accuracy.
Effective liaison with planning, purchase, accounts.
Efficient service to production, cost effectiveness.
Handling of total incoming material even each and every material should be verifying & checking before entering the system.
Issuing all the required material to production for daily production purpose.
Stock counting everyday & Ensuring inventory accuracy to be 98 to 99.5%
Preparing delivery note for dispathch orders as per the sales order & material pick & pack 100% right material & right customer
Proper check & communicate with logistics dept for delivery scheduel
Follow to purchase dept for getting all the production required material on time & right time
Atending every day production meeting & explanation for each and every query.
