Managing the Inflow & Outflow of all the Project documents through Transmittal System
Well versed with document standard being followed by Client (OEE, Qatar Petroleum)
A very high degree of follow up & tracking of documents with Client (OEE, Qatar Petroleum)
Handling Project documents from various sources (Engineering Consultant, Multiple Vendors, Subcontractors & Client)
Providing a Weekly & Monthly Document Status Report to Project Manager
Attending & Providing useful Data regarding Document Status during Client Meetings
Preparation of Document Transmittal for each document and thereby maintaining high level of accuracy during Document Transaction
Maintaining Multiple Document Registers from all the sources
Managing a separate Document Register with Client (OEE, Qatar Petroleum) as per their specific requirement
Monitoring & Tracking of document status at each junction and providing Sincere Alarm in case of any delay
Ensure smooth flow of documents across all channels
