Quality Management
• Work within the QA/QC team to successfully deliver the programme to the required quality standards
• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the programme Quality Plan
• Monitor Design Consultants, Construction Supervision Consultants and Contractors in the implementation of their Quality systems
• Execute audits, including unannounced visits and follow up with reporting and advice on necessary corrective actions
• Prepare reports on Quality performance
• Identify and communicate lessons learned though the programme lifecycle
• Assisting Project Management Office in providing the project deliverables & business requirements of the projects completed.
• Operations & Maintenance of Roads & common community areas like parks, service corridor areas, within Dubai World Central development of 140 km2 area.
• Prepare the programme & priorities for project developments within DWC.
• Direct, coordinate and monitor facilities' operating activities performed in-house & improvement works in roads & pavements and procedures for coordinating the scope of work; independent judgment is exercised in choosing methods
• Preparing work schedules and priorities, Inspection of works & prompt response to breakdown complaints and requests
• Involved in the Operations & Maintenance of MBR Sewage Treatment Plant, of capacity 10000m3/day. Maintaining & monitoring the plant operations records.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for example government bodies, airport authorities, contractors and suppliers for the purpose of maintenance work
• Establish an efficient code for maintenance of property deficiencies highlighting specific locations, conditions, and recommendations for corrective action
• Regularly inspect the roads & pavements and their accessibility status: noting physical appearance of the property.
• Review maintenance documents & contracts documents for Airfield & Road pavements areas as readiness for operational stage
Prepare the quality plan and project quality management procedures and monitors their updating
- Take part in meetings with suppliers and subcontractors
- Carries out surveys, assessment visits and quality audits of subcontractors and suppliers
- Describe quality management obligations to the subcontractors and suppliers and keeps at their disposal, the project's quality documents.
- Review quality documents of the subcontractors before forwarding them to the client
- Acts as the main correspondent with the client on issues related to quality
- Prepare Monthly quality reports
- Assist the execution managers in establishing inspection plans
- Check randomly that calibration has been performed and that surveillance and measuring equipment has been verified
- Compile final documentation hard and soft copies of all inspections for future reference
• To manage Company’s Quality Management Systems, monitor its effective functioning by conducting Internal Audits and report to the management about its functioning and areas of improvement.
• To manage Quality Systems as per the requirements of ISO 9000 QMS standards and to conduct Internal Quality Audits.
• To prepare Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Plans & Method Statements as per QMS standards.
• Responsible for the preparation Prequalification Documents for various tenders.
• To prepare the Technical Submittals along with tenders quoted by the Contracts Dept. of the Company.
Widening To Four Lane And Rehabilitation Of Existing 2 Lane Carriage way Of Vaniyambadi - Pallikonda Road (NH 46) Package - 4: KR - 2 (Km. 49.00 to Km100.00)
• To do the mix designs of different grades of concrete, GSB, WMM and Bituminous works as per the Contractual Requirement and Specifications.
• To monitor all the Quality Control activities related to Bituminous Mixes, Mastic Asphalt, Thermoplastic Material, Reinforced Earth Backfill, Base courses, Concrete works etc.
• Involved in the construction activities of Reinforced Earth works including the checking of backfill materials, HAR strips, panel casting and erection.
• Conducting all the routine tests laid in the Inspection Plans and maintain quality records as per the frequency mentioned.

• To check out the suitability of various construction materials and identify Borrow Areas & Quarry, locally available.
• To supervise various concrete works and ensure good quality of work while execution at Site.
• Prestressing of tendons to the required pressure and elongation as per the specifications.
• Well versed in all BIS, BS, ASTM & IRC Codes
