I have been in Gulf Countries for many years. I started my carrier in the year of 1990. At present I have been working in ITT Industries in Kuwait U.S. Army Base since 2003 as a Supply Lead/Warehouse Lead. I have enough experience in Office Administration too as I have worked in Dubai and India as Office Manager/Management Coordinator. So I am well versed in Office Administration and Supply System. My present main activities: Supervise a huge class IX Warehouse, where we receive spare parts from various distributors and locate the materials in proper assigned locations approximate value of U.S. $ 30 Million. Issue the parts to the concerned work centers according to the pick tickets and job orders. Input the data of the materials received/issued using Standard Army Management Systems such as Awrds, Sams-E, Ulss-G, Pbuse, Sarss Etc. Conduct periodical inventory of all parts. Keep Record of all parts issued/received. Establish standards of procedures. Prepare Time Sheets. Control Office Correspondences. Review and approve supply requisitions. Liaise with other agencies, organizations, groups. Maintain Office Equipment. Plan and implement Supply System. Ensure protection and safety of files and records. Check stock to determine inventory levels. Anticipate needed supplies. Verify receipt of supply. Perform other related duties as required.
