Sourcing and Planning;
Shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates.
Creates job briefs for positions based on discussion with Line Managers.
Offering Candidates.
On-Boarding of new hires: Documentations, On Boarding Coordination and Reporting.
Responsible in updating and maintaining personal file.
Preparing and Revising job descriptions across all levels.
Interview employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.
Creating awareness, implementation and timely dissemination of Policies and Practices.
Handling the employee’s issues and ensuring all the issues are resolved on time.
Providing help and coordination with line managers for on time completion of appraisals (Midterm and annual) and maintaining the dashboard for same.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness etc.
Implement and monitor the day- to-day activities related to policies such as mobile phone, employee bank relationships, Employee letters, and Employee allowances.
Counseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction and HR Survey, and community development initiatives.
Ensuring that workers deployed are provided with all the basic amenities for healthy work environment.
Performance Management & Training:
Assist implementation and managing performance management system.
Assists in coaching line managers on performance management issues and processes.
Advice and support employees on company benefits and allowances.
Identify the training needs in coordination with Line managers / Department Heads.
Implement the training and development for all staff, based on agreed needs arising from the annual appraisal outputs.
Internal / External Activities:
Assists HR Manager in planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development.
Plan, manage and coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor and employee relations.
Institutionalizing sustainable IR policies which are in long-term interest of the organization
Significant Highlights:
Implemented a Training method to convert candidates as skilled technicians in our Assembly line with strong Training support to empower the employees.
Increased the head count of female employees in the company.
Successfully Providing Monthly MIS reports to the management.
