❖ Review of Tank drawing and associated Piping drawing for current revision in place, Interpretation of weld drawing for current weld symbols and sizes, partial full penetration welds and correct electrodes as per selected material to full fill the requirement of engineering.
❖ Handling all inspection activities as per the approved ITP and Approved drawings of the different type of tanks such as Fixed roof tanks (Cone), Floating roofs such as
(External floating) with double deck.
❖ Inspection and verification of foundation before laying the Annular/bottom plates.
❖ Fit up Inspection of each Shell plate, Bottom plate, annular plate & Roof plates as well as all floating roof deck plates.
❖ Inspection of Peaking, Banding, Plumpness and Roundness after welding of each shell plate.
❖ Conduct the pneumatic test for all Reinforce pads attached to the shell and POT in pontoon boxes.
❖ Verification of Shell and Roof Nozzle Orientation and Installation of Tank equipment’s internally and externally such as Level gauge, Breather valve, etc.
❖ Inspection of all welding activities prior, during and after, which include material check, welder qualifications and welding equipment etc.
❖ Preparation and Submission of weld map and NDE map for client’s approval.
❖ Carry out all NDE works in accordance to API 650 and ITP Preparation
❖ Regular monitoring of the consumable control such as electrodes baking/ holding and flux baking and holding temperature control registers.
❖ Conduct the Quality/Safety toolbox meetings at the site daily.
❖ Verify the daily records of welding consumables usage report of subcontractor’s latest status on weekly basis.
❖ Review of test packages of Tanks and associated Pipeline as per system limits, coordination to incorporate the project procedures.
❖ Review ITP, Procedures, Method Statements, Vendor Data Sheets, Material Specifications, and other Quality related documents
❖ Carried out inspection for above ground piping, As per ITP, IFC and Client Specifications.
❖ Witnessing Hot Tapping and Tie-In activities in Brown Field.
❖ Fabrication of SUB-SEA Structures like Manifolds, Jackets, Mud-Mad and Suction Piles as per Client requirement
❖ Preparation of WPS according to ASME codes and standards and project specifications
❖ Inspection of incoming material and Verification of raw material Test Certificates (TC) with reference to codes and standards
❖ Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) according to ASME Section IX.
❖ Control of welding material (Electrode, Filler Wire) baking of Low Hydrogen Electrode.
❖ Monitor welder performance and welding activities to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the approved welding procedure.
❖ Performing site Quality Assessments, Raising Surveillance reports listing violations and observations with comments and recommendations
❖ Preparation of daily inspection reports for client’s approval
❖ Monitoring & Review of Preheat / PWHT charts cooling & heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the chart piping joints.
❖ Carrying out Positive Material Identification (PMI) test on materials
❖ Raise the RFI & coordinates with client for carry out the inspection of piping & welding activities as per ITP.
❖ Inspection carried out for flange face, Gaskets, Stud, and bolt as per Specification& Drawing.
❖ Review of NDT clearance of weld joints Radiography film Interpretation and inspection reports
❖ Check the valve against data sheet &drawing and check the orientation &flow direction.

❖ Preparation of test packages and updating welding and NDE summary
