Job Profile: Handling the network infrastructure LAN/WAN, migration & configuration of network client workstations. Coordinating with Venders Operations Team for various Network & Firewall related issues. Making sure that the system backup procedures are in place, including offsite storage of key data files. Configuring routers and switches as per best practice and suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system foolproof. Suggesting the selection of architecture, topology, hardware and software as well as managing user accounts, permissions, E-Mail, and anti-virus, anti-spam. Installation and configuration of Kaspersky endpoint security Center. Planning, administration and security management, of all systems, network and database, installations in a windows environment chiefly encompassing of firewall, switches, etc.
Look after Systems Hardware and Networks problem and taking
care of them.
* Handling Server, Router, Leased Line and V-sat issues.
* Looking after Network related problem of all our Corporate and
local client of its branch in all over India.
* Monitoring local and remote connectivity to our entire Branch from
9 am to 12 pm.
* Handling four engineers team
* Configuration of user rights for Remote Access.
* Desktop & Domain user support
* Daily Monitoring of Bandwidth & Traffic Utilization
* Familiar Network Monitoring software (BW, PRTG, Sinffer)
* Daily updating the ODIN Server and taking backup of database on
DLT with NTBACKUP
* Taking care of all lease lines & lease line modems, Routers and
firewalls. as well as Vsat related problems.
* Trouble Shooting of Antivirus related issue & updates \[Trend Micro,
Mcafee
closely with Senior members for improving the performance of the
IT Dept. & providing 24x7 support to the Organization.

and try to solve the problem at the least possible of time.
