More than Fifteen (15) years of comprehensive experience and Detail design projects for HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning), Plumbing systems in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Power Plant and Infrastructure Development (High Rise Buildings). Experienced in working as lead to the project team for various Projects. Offering expertise in HVAC and Plumbing with aptitude in Design. 1. Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of assigned personnel involved in the Maintenance, Commissioning & Installation of all HVAC Equipments.
2. Supervise Preventive, Breakdown and Planned overhaul of assigned HVAC system such as chillers, DX Units, split AC, Window AC and other related equipment.
3. Participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdown and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return of repaired equipment.
4. Supervise on site annual overhaul and to follow work schedule.
5. Check Safety, Work Permit and Preventive Maintenance plan.
6. Plan, check specification and to ensure that maintenance works are carried out according to agreed, schedule, cost estimate and required quality.
7. Assist Maintenance Engineer in organizing spare-parts ordering plan and to check stock list.
8. Suggest and carry out necessary modification in the plant & Building to improve it performance.
9. Responsible for daily communication with project team, attend site meeting and liaise with other Trades.
10. Suggest and Involved in sheet metal, Duct work and pipe work in HVAC.
11. Follow the MAXIMO procedure of Work order for monthly PM jobs and Breakdown calls and creating new work order with filling failure report and actual hours.
12. Diagnoses causes of problems and/ or failures in Chiller, Chilled water system, Centralized air conditioning/ cold stores/ refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
