The chief architect of the project
-Work with the customer
- Operational control of quality and volumes of construction
- Control of construction schedule of works
- Cost control of the design work, construction and installation works
-Control of all levels of the project development and implementation
- Development of detailed design for buildings of various functional purposes
-Interaction with related engineering units
-Interaction with design organizations, contractors, subcontract organizations
- Passing the state expertise
- Author supervision of construction
Lead architect
- Ensuring compliance of the developed design and estimate documentation with technical regulations, standards, norms, rules and instructions
-Participation in contractual work (preparation of contracts with contractors), preparation of design assignments, preparation of complex schedules of design works, construction and technological works
-Monitoring the technical level of the design, urban planning and architectural planning decisions
- Formation of work tasks for subcontracting organizations and providing necessary initial data
- Author supervision of construction works
-Providing communication between architectural and other design teams of the projects, completeness of the necessary technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance of developed design solutions with current regulatory requirements.
