Retail Banking Study
• Gained a better understanding of what is important to different
customers when it comes to banking and choosing different bank
products.
• Conducted field research by visiting banks in UAE to gain insights into their respective retail banking products

• Assisted in the reduction of overhead costs for the company as I was
incharge of setting rotas in which I changed the number of staff per
shift based on forcasts on how busy the store will be on particular
days.
• Participated in the increase of customers by controlling the supplied
goods and ordering only the items that were top sellers.

I am currently enrolled and scheduled to complete my 3 year bachelors degree at Middlesex University Dubai. I am pursuing a honors degree in International Business. My degrees focuses on main aspects on cross cultural behaviors and intelligence and also globalization..
