● Setting up of accounting system with adequate Internal Controls & Finance Policies for business entities.
● Educating up the accountants in the organization regarding compliance with financial policies, procedures & internal controls.

● Audit of wages statements every week for around 500 workers involved in the construction activity.
● Audit of material purchase process for construction industry.
● Internal Auditing of Accounts for Companies & Partnership firms.
● Preparation of CMA & Liaising with banks for availing corporate loans and arranging LC facility from banks.
● Attending meetings, verifying transactions and ensuring compliance with the Hotel Management Agreement on behalf of owners of the Hotel which is operated by the other party viz., Intercontinental Hotels Group.
